This Privacy Policy explains how CSPreparation Nepal Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses, stores and protects personal information submitted through this website, admission forms, aptitude assessments, webinars and learner-support channels.

CSPreparation Nepal Pvt. Ltd. operates the CS Prep Nepal learning platform. References to “we”, “our” or “us” mean CSPreparation Nepal Pvt. Ltd. We may collect a learner’s name, email address, phone number, age or class, optional school or college name, district, pathway interest, questions, aptitude-test responses, scores, attendance, submitted projects and payment or transaction references.
We may also receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, referral page and website interaction data when analytics or security services are enabled.
3. Why we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, recommend an appropriate pathway, administer aptitude tests, communicate webinar and class details, manage admission, maintain learner records, provide mentorship, review submissions, improve services and meet applicable accounting, safety or legal responsibilities.
