These terms govern access to the CS Prep Nepal website, aptitude resources, webinars, admission processes and learning services. Programme-specific documents communicated before payment also form part of the agreement.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website, submitting a form, purchasing a resource or enrolling, you agree to these terms. A parent or lawful guardian must act for a minor where required. If you do not agree, do not submit information or make payment.
2. Accurate information
Applicants must provide current and truthful information. Admission, pathway recommendations or access may be reviewed if essential information is incomplete, inaccurate or submitted on another person’s behalf without authority.
3. Aptitude-test based admission
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a seat. Admission may depend on assessment completion, suitability, available capacity, required documents, payment and acceptance of the confirmed schedule. Seats are limited.
4. Learning responsibilities
Learners are expected to attend consistently, prepare before sessions, meet deadlines, behave respectfully and maintain a suitable device and internet connection for online activities. Individual effort outside live classes is an essential part of the programme.
5. Academic integrity
Submitted work must be the learner’s own and must comply with the relevant course rules. Unauthorised copying, sharing answers, impersonation, assessment interference or presenting generated work as independent work may lead to review, withheld completion, suspension or removal.
6. Intellectual property and access
CS Prep Nepal materials, layouts, guidance documents and recordings may not be redistributed, resold or publicly uploaded without written permission. Third-party course materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners. Access credentials and private webinar links must not be shared.
7. Fees and changes
Fees, taxes, instalment dates, inclusions and refund terms will be communicated before enrolment. Schedules, mentors, delivery methods and resources may be adjusted reasonably for quality, safety, availability or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Acceptable website use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, upload harmful code, scrape protected resources, misuse forms, harass others, infringe rights or use the platform for unlawful activity.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for non-payment, serious misconduct, security threats, repeated disruption, academic-integrity violations or material breach of these terms. Decisions will be proportionate and communicated where practical.
